A cracked housing doesn't have to mean a new probe!

This probe came in with a cracked housing (we guess someone tried to make two probes out of one!), the kind of damage that usually gets a probe pulled from service and quoted for replacement.
Our team did their best to repair it, then ran it through our usual post-repair testing before sending it back out.
Same probe, back to a standard that can be trusted at the bedside again, without the replacement invoice.

A big thank you to ASA2026!

What an incredible week the ProbeLogic team had in Queensland.

After arriving early in Brisbane for a few demonstrations, including introducing the newly arrived Wisonic Clivia system, we headed down the highway to the Gold Coast for the main event.

ASA2026 provided a fantastic opportunity for ProbeLogic to reconnect with our valued customers and introduce our services to delegates from across the globe. The conference allowed us to showcase not only the Wisonic ultrasound systems but also the work ProbeLogic performs every day, providing high-quality ultrasound probe repairs and servicing as a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new probe.

A huge congratulations to all those recognised for their outstanding contributions to Sonography, including the recipients of the Sonographer of the Year Awards, those inducted into the ASA Hall of Fame, and especially Tristan Reddan, recipient of the 2026 Pru Pratten Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award. These honours are a fitting tribute to the dedication, professionalism, and hard work demonstrated by Sonographers throughout the industry.

A special thank you to Stacey Rocco and the entire ASA team for delivering such a remarkable event and bringing together so many like-minded sonographers and healthcare professionals in one place. The Gold Coast was a spectacular host venue, and we look forward to the next opportunity to connect with the Sonography and Healthcare community.

Did you know there is only six easy steps in the ProbeLogic Service Process. Let’s go through them…

1. The customer identifies a problem with their ultrasound probe:
- are you noticing that your ultrasound probe is not functioning as expected?
2. The customer sends the probe to ProbeLogic:
- visit our website to arrange collection of your probe (or you can arrange your own shipping).
3. ProbeLogic runs a full diagnostic test on the probe and produces a quote for repair:
- we will notify you of the probes receipt and then hand it to our highly skilled technical team for evaluation.
4. The customer approves the quote:
- once the customer is happy with the evaluation, the customer signs off on the quote.
5. ProbeLogic repairs the probe:
- once approved by the customer, ProbeLogic will proceed with the repair (or source a replacement probe if necessary).
6. The customer receives a fully restored probe, along with a warranty and report:
- ProbeLogic informs the customer the fully restored probe is on its way!
