Hearing from industry leaders and keynote speakers at the 🩷 WAVES Breakfast, with its focus on supporting and empowering women, was another standout moment — giving us fresh knowledge, perspective and confidence to take back into both our businesses and everyday lives.
The expo was also a brilliant opportunity to explore the latest products, technology and innovation shaping the future of the pool and spa industry, and to see just how far our sector continues to evolve.
The week wrapped up with an incredible evening at the SPASA Australasian Awards Gala Night, where we were thrilled to receive National Gold for Training & Education – “The Customer Experience.” 🏆 A new award for us, and one that means a great deal to our team.
We were equally proud to achieve 12 National Finalist placings, alongside several of our Authorised Agents who were recognised across a number of categories.
A huge thank you to SPASA for bringing the industry together for another memorable week on the sunny Gold Coast, and congratulations to every winner and finalist, reaching the Australasian stage is an incredible achievement in itself. 💙
