It may look simple, but this new ceiling in Northbridge was anything but! This 100 year old home in Northbridge needed to comply with mandated acoustic standards for the residents. Without disturbing the original lath and plaster ceiling, we installed a new acoustic mounted ceiling frame along with a double layered acoustic board ceiling. We also added an extra layer to the external wall as specified. Doing all this while keeping this heritage building intact was no small feat, but it's come up great in the end and a happy client!

Suspended down to be laser leveled, P50 shadowline on two walls, and the other two have a custom made strip light recess we built on site! Brand new access panel and just look at the transition from the P50 to the light recess! 😎😎

This bathroom renovation in Mt Helena was certainly a challenge! Not only did these 100 year old walls have plenty of character, but getting these 3.6m long sheets in on the extremely steep rake, up and over the privacy wall in one piece, had us breaking the laws of physics 😅

Our client enclosed their alfresco area and wanted to make it feel like part of the house. New plasterboard walls, and everything flushed in to perfection!
