We’re searching for an emerging WA creative working/interested in the family theatre space to join the team for our January 2027 kids program.

This is a paid opportunity for a writer/director to join an exciting emerging not-for-profit on a mission to spread connection and laughter through the arts.

Well well well... something's coming 👀

The Bright Side Productions week-long July theatre workshops are perfect for creative kids, those looking to build their confidence, and aspirational young performers.​ ⭐

Participants will gain first hand experience in what it’s like to develop, rehearse and perform songs and scenes, from musical classics to the current number one sell-outs of Broadway! They’ll audition for roles, work closely with our director and choreographer, practice like crazy, and feel the inspiring applause from an audience. 👏

They'll be coached by practicing industry professionals and WAAPA graduates who are trained in musical theatre, producing, writing, and education. 🎶

We're raising money for scholarships so that kids from families facing financial hardship can get involved in our school holiday programs, where they can build confidence, make lasting friendships and learn through creative play.
