Our Healthy Bellies program focuses on the importance of eating a variety of fruits and vegetables (fresh or frozen) using the Go for 2&5 campaign supported by Healthway 😋

Our Healthy Bellies program also includes healthy cook ups, showing how you can jam fruit and veggies into your favourite recipes for an even healthier meal - check out these colours! 🤩

In support of our Equip for Sport program this sports equipment will reduce barriers to participating in sport by providing those in need with the right gear to get moving! 🤸🏾

Kicking it in the Kimberley! 🤸🏾

This week our team are running our Fit & Healthy in the Outback program alongside A Stitch in Time's riseUP whole school wellbeing program 🤗

Visiting the communities of Looma and Jarlmadangah Burru the crew are having a blast engaging local youth in our Game On! and Healthy Communities program and A Stitch in Time’s music and mental health workshop led by Marksman Lloyd 🎧

It’s been an exciting trip, visiting old friends and making new ones in a brand new community for both organisations! 😊

It was an absolute pleasure to join in Kununurra Neighbourhood House's Teddy Bear's Picnic earlier this month 🐻

Our Kununurra Hub had a wonderful time connecting with some of the littlest community members who we hope to see down at our Game On! hub in a few years' time 🥰

Fit & Healthy in the Outback, Cue Edition! 🥰

Last month we had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful Mid West community to deliver our Healthy Communities and Game On! programs 💪🏽

Hours of Game On! followed many Healthy Communities activities, including Healthy Hands, Healthy Smiles, Healthy Lungs and Healthy Bellies including a community cook up 👩🏽‍🍳

It’s all smiles in sunny Strelley! 🌞

This week our team are in the Pilbara running our Fit & Healthy in the Outback program in Yandeyarra, Strelley and Warralong 💪🏽

Highlights have included community cook ups of healthy burgers and veggie packed spaghetti bolognese 😋, Healthy Hands and Healthy Feet sessions, hours of Game On! action and plenty of fresh fruit to share 🍊

An impromptu movie night also took place for some well earned R&R after several jam-packed days! 🎥

A big thank you to Hancock Iron Ore for supporting our operations across the Pilbara, making special trips like this possible 🥰

Monday nights in Hedland! 🏃🏾‍♂️

Last night our Hedland Hub was in full swing running our Game On! program with local youth and stakeholders 🥳

Each week our team run this all inclusive physical activity program followed by a healthy feed 😋

Our Monday night programming aims to provide structure and mentoring opportunities and create a sense of community ♥️

We have been getting awesome numbers across all three of our regional hubs which is amazing to see 🤩

A big thank you to the Town of Port Hedland for supporting our Hedland Hub to ensure we can run this much loved program in the local community ✌🏽
