The 2026 Clontarf Interstate Challenge brought together 40 academy members from New South Wales and Queensland for two days of leadership, teamwork and representative sport.

The experience finished with a thrilling match at WIN Stadium, where New South Wales defeated Queensland 14–10.

Congratulations to Matraville Academy member Jayden Rooke, who was named Player of the Match.

A record 57 Clontarf alumni have started university in 2026.

Nine Year 12 academy members from across WA recently took part in Clontarf’s University and Mentoring Camp, visiting Perth campuses and learning more about university courses, accommodation and student support.

For some of the boys, the camp was the first time they had seriously considered university as an option.

A special afternoon at Port Macquarie Academy, with academy members welcoming Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales and Administrator of the Commonwealth.

The boys hosted afternoon tea, led a tour of the academy and shared how Clontarf has supported their education, confidence and plans for the future.

85 Clontarf academy members from across Victoria recently came together in Melbourne for the Partner Duathlon, delivered with support from AusTriathlon.

The boys teamed up with Clontarf partner representatives for a 30-minute stationary bike leg and 30-minute running leg, covering 649 km across the day.

Congratulations to all involved for their effort, teamwork and positivity.

Clontarf boys from North Queensland and New South Wales recently took part in activities focused on road safety, responsibility and practical life skills.

In Townsville, academy members from Kirwan, Heatley, Townsville and Thuringowa completed a Driving Day, learning about hazard perception, fatigue, distraction, tyre changing and safe driving.

In Inverell, academy members met with NSW Police Aboriginal Community Liaison Officers at Copeton Dam to learn more about their work in local communities.

Around 140 senior academy members from across Western Australia came together for the annual Perth Employment Forum, Clontarf’s largest employment-focused event in WA.

With 26 partner organisations involved, the day gave academy members the chance to meet employers, practise interviews, explore career pathways and build confidence for life beyond school.
