Amy, our Safety Advisor, got the Redcliffe crew together last week for R U OK? Day, with activities and quizzes bringing our workshop and admin teams together.
While R U OK? Day might have passed, the message hasn't. Keep checking in with your mates and the people around you.
This CAT 988H came through for some serious work, including an in-house transmission and torque converter rebuild, major engine repairs, new hydraulic pumps and a full air conditioning system rebuild.
Finished off with a new bucket supplied by the client, and she’s ready to get back to work. 💪🏽

After an extensive scope of repairs, rebuilds and modifications, these two graders are heading out of our Perth workshop.
From rebuilt front axles and fire suppression systems through to guarding, fast fill, access upgrades and plenty more, there’s been a serious amount of work put in by the team pictured here.

The Daltech crew came together for R U OK? Day, taking some time out to connect, have a chat and remind each other that a simple conversation can make a real difference.
WA’s best BBQ sausages from The Corner Butcher, pork and gravy rolls, roast chooks and, of course, fairy bread.
Not a bad spread for a Friday arvo! Great to get the office and workshop crews together and make the most of a cracking Perth day. ☀️

This Caterpillar 775D has undergone a full ground-up rebuild at WA Limestone, with our team playing a key role in bringing it back to work-ready condition.

Our 2026 Mid-Year Catch-Up was a ripper afternoon with a fantastic turnout from the Daltech team.
Plenty of good food, a whole lot of Swan and, most importantly, a chance for everyone to get together, have a few laughs and enjoy some time away from the office and off the tools.
For all our field crews who couldn’t make it, we raised a beer for you too. 🍻 We know the hard work you put in out in the field keeps Daltech moving, and we really appreciate everything you do, even when you can’t be there for these moments.
Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make it such a great afternoon. We appreciate the entire Daltech team and everything you do, wherever you’re working across WA.

Mark’s journey has taken him from his early days as a mechanic in the Perth Workshop, to travelling to Singapore, working on market leading green energy projects and being named Daltech’s 2024 Leader of the Year.
While we’re sad to see Mark head back home to NZ, we’re proud of everything he’s achieved during his time with Daltech and excited to see what’s next.
Chris has spent the past 5 years helping lead our Perth Workshop, driving quality, hitting deadlines and building a positive culture across the team. A huge part of what makes the workshop tick, and we’re looking forward to many more years with him.
