📢WA Student Assistance Payment – Claims Are Now Open!📢
Eligible families can now claim the WA Student Assistance Payment.
The ServiceWA app is the fastest, most secure and convenient way to submit your claim.
Eligible families can receive:
💰 $150 per Kindergarten and Primary school student
💰 $250 per Secondary school student
Before claiming, make sure you have your child's 8-digit WA Student Number (WASN) and are logged in with your Digital ID (myID).

📢 WA Student Assistance Payment 2026
The WA Student Assistance Payment is now available to help families with the cost of school essentials such as uniforms, books, stationery, excursions, and other learning-related expenses.
💰 Payment amounts:
$150 for each Kindergarten and Primary student
$250 for each Secondary student
👨👩👧👦 Who is eligible?
All WA students from Kindergarten to Year 12 (including public, non-government, home-educated, and eligible international students) with a valid WA Student Number (WASN).
📅 Important dates:
Claims open: 20 July 2026
Payments are made via the ServiceWA app (fastest method), with alternative claim options also available.
📱 How to claim:
Families will need to log in using the ServiceWA app and their Digital ID (myID), and have their child’s WA Student Number ready.
