Following the kitchen transformation we shared in our last post, we moved into the bathroom and laundry to complete the next stage of this renovation.

In the bathroom we removed the existing bath to open up the room, creating a more functional space. We added a spacious walk-in shower, warm neutral tiles, sleek new vanity and curved mirror for a fresh and modern finish.

The laundry was redesigned with streamlined white cabinetry, generous benchtop space, modern splash back tiles and plenty of practical storage.

From closed-off and dated to open, spacious and modern 🤩

We demolished walls to create a new open-plan layout, giving the kitchen a more spacious feel. The new design combines sleek white cabinetry, stone benchtops, a statement island and timber flooring for a clean, modern look.

The result is a brighter, more functional kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas.

We set out with a goal of raising $5,000 from the community, which Modus Property committed to match dollar for dollar.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed, the community raised an incredible $6,885!!

With the $5,000 contribution from Modus, that brings the total donation to $11,885.

Together we have more than covered The Pantry WA’s recent rent increase and helped support the amazing work they do providing food relief to West Aussies doing it tough.

The cost of living in Perth keeps rising. Many West Aussies, including people who are working hard, are still struggling to keep up.

Modus is supporting The Pantry WA, a fantastic organisation providing food relief to people who need it most. Every donation made before Monday 22nd of June will be doubled, with Modus matching donations dollar for dollar up to $5,000.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 from the community, which we'll match to create a total contribution of $10,000. This will help the Pantry WA offset rising costs, including a significant rent increase, and continue delivering their much needed services.

Check out this renovation. We transformed the dated kitchen into a bright and functional space.
