Recipe:

1 egg
1 cup milk (or water)
Lemon and sugar on top

We had oysters, squid, fish fingers, scallops and drank the most amazing orange wine called Loosie, which you have to try if you go.

We also drank possibly the best cocktail I’ve had in my whole life (we all know that’s really saying something) called “Spice Up Your Life”. Mezcal, tequila, agave, lime, cucumber (best part) and spiced salt.

Hello fellow cookers. I have been fairly MIA lately as running a business has proved to be far more time consuming than my once leisurely lifestyle, prepared me for.

However, I have not lost my appetite in my pursuit of corporate domination and will be sharing my recent foodscapades with you all very soon.
