💛🌈 R U OK? DAY 🌈💛

Today is your little reminder to check in — not just with the people around you, but with the ones you might not have heard from in a while. 💕

Sometimes a simple, “How are you really going?” can mean more than you realise.

At Move-Fit, we really care about looking after our people. 🫶

We believe in moving together, laughing together, checking in and lifting each other up — because sometimes you don't need to fix anything… you just need someone to listen.

So if you’re having a tough day, feeling a little flat, or simply need some company, come and find your people.💃💛

We’re always up for a dance, a walk and a talk, a listening ear, a big hug or just a safe space to be completely YOU — no judgement, no pressure.

And remember… you don't have to wait for R U OK? Day to ask.💛

👔 H A P P Y F A T H E R ’ S D A Y 👔

A big Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful Dads, step-dads, grandads and father figures in our Move Fit family!

To the fabulous fellas who join us on the dance floor — we love having you! 🕺

And to the ones who raised, supported, encouraged and put up with us strong, independent women……we salute you!

Happy Father’s Day!

With love from

Dan & Sarah 💕
