The Code of Practice Hazardous Manual Tasks document is long.
The risk assessment form is also quite long.
I have reduced it down to a three page tick and flick version on my website.

Bottom line is:
REPORT any activity that you do that has:
- high, sudden, sustained, repetitive force
- awkward repetitive sustained postures or movements
- exposure to vibration

Assisting people up from the floor: oh the techniques I have seen.
