Being a support worker is a highly valuable, rewarding, and in-demand role because it directly improves the quality of life, independence, and dignity of individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, or aged care needs. It provides essential, life-changing emotional and practical support while fostering personal growth, offering flexible working hours, and creating a tangible, positive impact on the community.

About me - I’m a passionate nursing student in my third year of study at Edith Cowan University. I hope to be qualified in September of 2026 and aim to allocate a couple days a week for support work. I have a bubbly and motivated personality which shines through all aspects of my life as I’ve applied myself to progress towards my goals.

Other things I love include shopping (when I’m not in a rush), planning dinners with my friends, spending quality time with my family, going to the beach and exploring new places.
