As a proud family business, it’s a great opportunity to look back and celebrate the JWH Group’s achievements over the past two decades.
The JWH Group was launched in July 2003 by our Managing Director, Julian Walter. Today, Julian remains an integral part of the business, supported by his children, Alicia Kelly and Jay Walter.
Family is at the heart of everything we do at the JWH Group, and we’re proud to celebrate this special day!
Our senior management and leadership teams came together in August for our annual Drive Management Conference, with a shared goal of evolving the JWH Group's strategic plan.
In the second half of the day, we were joined by Variety - the Children's Charity WA and AusCycling.com. Working together, the team built 20 bicycles that will be distributed to children in remote communities across Western Australia.
From shaping our strategic direction to making a tangible difference in the community, the day reflected the values that drive the JWH Group.
JWH Group’s Pulse Admin Conference brought admin team members together at Vibe Hotel Subiaco for a day of learning, connection and inspiration.
With a warm welcome from General Managers Jay Water and Alicia Kelly, and a standout keynote from Julie Cross on Service with Attitude, attendees were reminded of the power of delivering exceptional, high-touch service.
The afternoon workshops provided practical tips and insights, before the day wrapped up with drinks and canapés on the rooftop.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the day such a success.
The team at Tradies WA is proud to be collaborating with Red Bull visiting multiple building sites across Perth and refueling tradies with freebies and caffeine.

Teams from across the JWH Group came together in March for the first-ever Pool Tournament, held in honour of our colleague Howard Finn, who sadly passed away in 2025.
Congratulations to Plunkett Homes , who took home the inaugural pool tournament trophy!

The JWH Club celebrated loyal and long-serving team members on March 5, with a wonderful event at Vibe Hotel in Subiaco.
An impressive number of staff were inducted into the JWH Club, with David Ke marking 35 years with the group!
