Today, our team came together for R U OK? Day, taking some time out of the workday to connect, have a few laughs and remind each other of the importance of checking in.

After morning tea (and some very fitting cupcakes! 🧁), the team was split into groups and given a building challenge. Using limited materials to create the tallest and strongest structure they could. There was plenty of teamwork, creativity and friendly competition along the way!

While the challenge was a bit of fun, the message behind today is an important one: a conversation can make a difference.
