Many of the solutions we provide are in the areas of budgeting, planning and forecasting for clients who have an existing system that doesn't provide the reports they need to manage their business. We provide simpler more efficient solutions which either involve us undertaking the work or training the client's staff to build better solutions themselves
Often clients engage us instead of the Big 4 because we have the same professional expertise and only engage experienced analysts to do the work. This enables us to provide better solutions without the overhead. Plus, we also develop a lot of non-financial / operational types of reporting solutions. It's our unique combination of skills and experience that allow us to quickly understand a client's needs and provide a highly effective professional solution.
