Fun fact about me: I recently relocated from Forster, NSW to Perth with my partner about 4 weeks ago! 🌴💕

I’m so excited to be joining the Brow Tribe team because I’ve constantly seen you guys on social media and instantly fell in love with the whole vibe of the salon. I’m also super excited to continue growing and progressing in my career, and I love that Brow Tribe offers so many opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the industry. 🤍

My favourite service has to be a brow shape & dye! I love the instant results and being able to help someone feel more confident and amazing in such a short treatment time. There’s nothing better than seeing the transformation straight away! ✨

A little fun fact about me: I’m currently studying Fitness & Nutrition, but I’ve always had a huge interest in the beauty industry and have dreamed of working in beauty for as long as I can remember! 🤍

I’m SO excited to be joining the Brow Tribe team. I’ve been a client here for ages, and every service I’ve had has been absolutely amazing. The girls have always been so kind, welcoming and talented, so I’m thrilled to now be part of the team. 🥹✨

I’ve always been a creative person and a bit of a perfectionist, so I’m so excited to learn, grow my skills and be part of an industry I’ve always loved. I can’t wait to help people feel beautiful, confident and their absolute best! 🤍

My favourite service? Lash lifts! I love how they make the eyes pop while enhancing your natural lashes and keeping everything looking beautiful and natural. ✨

September at Brow Tribe ✨

A month full of learning, celebrating and a few very exciting things happening behind the scenes.
Celine and Sam flew over to Melbourne for the International Lash Masters Conference, diving into Korean lash techniques, UV lashes, leadership, recruitment and AI...always learning, always growing.

We celebrated Samantha’s 23rd birthday in Cannington with, of course, an excessive amount of cinnamon scrolls.
Manager Sam has also been busy recruiting in Piara Waters for our next Brow Tribe lash star, while Sam M and Alyssa put their hybrid dye skills to work during an upskill.

And to finish off the month, five of our PMU artists joined Master Stylist Sam for two full days of lip training.

And then there’s the little October surprise…

LILY 🌸 AKA LILYPAD

We call her Lilypad because that’s literally how she makes everyone feel, a breath of fresh air and absolute sunshine. ☀️

Lily has been part of the Brow Tribe team for almost a year, joining us as an Emerging Artist and quickly building such a loyal client base. She wins everyone over with her beautiful personality and has a way of making every guest feel instantly comfortable and welcome in her chair.

And outside of brows? Lily HAND SEWS gifts for the team 🥹 and will quite literally walk everywhere. 😂

She has been such an incredible addition to our culture. She celebrates everyone around her, supports her team and brings the most beautiful energy into the studio.

Over the past year, Lily has been working through her growth plan, consistently developing her skills, building her clientele and working towards that next level.

And now… our Lily has officially been promoted to INTERMEDIATE ARTIST! 🥹👏🏼🌸

We are SO proud of you, Lily. This is incredibly deserved and such a reflection of the work you’ve put in over the past year.

August, you were a big one 🤍

A month filled with growth, new faces, team milestones and plenty of celebrating. From welcoming Abbey + Alyssa to the tribe, promotions for Lily + Jena, 3,000 Brow Elixirs packaged and a record-breaking 1,362 services completed…we’ve been BUSY!

Then came the WASSABA Soirée, where we were so proud to be named 7x finalists across multiple categories.

Feeling very grateful for our team, our clients and everything August brought with it ✨
