Cosmos Alliance
We are a Christian health & development organisation bringing people together to enable meaningful change in Papua New Guinea, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
Cosmos Alliance is a registered Christian Health and Development Charity. We are committed to empowering people, helping to improve the health and well-being of people in some of the worlds poorest communities.
Watch this short video for a snapshot of the Ophthalmology training being delivered in Zimbabwe by our Eye team with Eye Care for the Needy (US Charity), together they are helping build skills and improve access to quality eye care.
This specialised training would not be possible without the generosity of our donors. Thank you for making this work possible and for investing in lasting, sustainable training.
Stay tuned as we continue to share stories from the field and the difference your support is making.

Because of your incredible generosity, we’re thrilled to share that we have reached our fundraising goal which will enable Marvellous to have his hip surgically repaired.
Your kindness, compassion, and support have made this possible. Thanks to you, Marvellous is one step closer to regaining his mobility, restoring his independence, and providing for his daughter once again.
From all of us at Cosmos Alliance and from Marvellous and his family, thank you for making this hope a reality!

Our Eye Nursing Team has been on the ground now for a week They’ve been busy supporting our partners at Sizolwethu Mobile Health nursing clinics, engaging with local communities. On this trip, they are privileged to be working alongside Eye Care to the Needy again, sharing their ophthalmology expertise and supporting the commissioning of new facilities at Mater Dei hospital.
Despite a few unexpected challenges, the team has embraced every opportunity to make a difference. Their ophthalmology training has been well received, and they remain focused on supporting local partners by updating equipment, sorting supplies and providing valuable education to a variety of nurses.
This trip would not have been possible without the generous support of our donors. Thank you for making this work possible and stay tuned as we share the impact of this journey in the days ahead.

On Marvellous’s behalf, we would like to send a huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far. Your contributions are greatly appreciated and will go towards changing lives.
For those who haven’t heard about Marvellous, He is a 36-year-old father from St. Peter's whose life has been marked by significant challenges. After recovering from tuberculosis while working in South Africa, he returned home and pursued his passion for soccer. Tragically, a serious fall during a match resulted in a fractured hip, leaving him reliant on crutches and struggling with limited mobility. A hip replacement would restore his independence, improve his quality of life, and give him the opportunity to support his 12-year-old daughter and rebuild his future. Marvellous's life changed in an instant. After surviving tuberculosis and returning home, a serious hip injury left him reliant on crutches and unable to provide for his family.
