Where could we ever have found such grace. The grace to be called children of God? Taidziwanepi nyasha dzekunzi vana vaMwari? 🙏🏾

At Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified, His love was revealed in its fullness. Through His sacrifice, our sins were forgiven, we received new life and were welcomed into God’s family.

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” — 1 John 3:1

“Ndinofara Jesu wandida,

Ini anondida.”

What a joyful assurance: I am so Glad that Jesus loves me! Even when we forget Him or wander away, He lovingly calls us back to Himself. His love was demonstrated through the sacrifice of His life, bearing the price for our sins so that we may receive salvation and everlasting life.

With grateful hearts, we hold firmly onto Jesus Christ, our Helper, Saviour and Redeemer, confident that His love will never abandon us. 🙏🏾❤️

🙏🏾 Hymn 116 — Baba, Ndiri Mwana Wenyu

“Baba, ndiri mwana wenyu,
Nyange ndakatadza;
Ndinochema mberi kwenyu,
Mundiregerere.”

Hymn 116 is a sincere prayer of repentance. It acknowledges the sins committed through our words, thoughts and actions, while humbly asking God for mercy and forgiveness.

Although our sins may be many, we come before a loving Father whose mercy never ends. With repentant hearts, we place every failure before Him, trusting in His abundant grace.
