Build your life across 4 lanes:
* One you work in - your income (career)
* One you work on - your growth (purpose)
* One you work for - something bigger than you (giving back)
* One that works for you - what fuels you (passion - like TurleyBooks.) ššš„·š“āā ļøš¦
Theyāll evolve - and thatās okay. But have all four. They give you balance, direction, and options when life shifts.
Most people wait. You donāt need to.
Thereās a lion in you - wake it up, and comfort wonāt cut it anymore. š¦
ā³No perfect timing. No green light coming.š¦
Start small. Start messy. Just start⦠today.

Proud, grateful, emotional⦠this week reminded me why I started WHAT4 Services
What began two years ago has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined.
After our first full school season last year - 4 states, 22 schools and over 4,500 students - the message continues to spread and reach people who genuinely need it.
Wednesday at Fremantle College, I brought along a young man Iāve been mentoring whoās already doing some amazing work in his own right - Dylan Thomas. Seeing the way the students and staff connected with him was incredible, and the school is already looking to bring him back to share his own story in the future.
Thursday I returned to Boddington DHS, where Principal Mel Hughes has gone out of her way to help share this message with principals across the Southwest region.
Then yesterday at Bridgetown High School, a few young men opened up to me about some very heavy struggles - prison in the family, suicidal thoughts, feeling lost and unsure where to turn.
This is exactly what What4.Org Ltd was created for, weāll be bringing two of those young men to our What4 āWinter Soul Searchā Retreat in Dwellingup this August completely free of charge.
Thatās what this is about.
-Giving back.
-Creating hope.
-Helping people realise they are not alone.
I canāt wait to show these young men there is still so much life ahead of them and so many people willing to support them.
To finish off the week - Driving to Kalgoorlie tomorrow to speak to 230 senior students at John Paul College on Monday morning.
To be able to take this message into regional communities means everything to me.
If youāre in a position to help others in any way - do it.
-Mentor someone.
-Check in on people.
-Support local programs.
-Sponsor opportunities for young people.
-Be someone who listens.
You never truly know the impact a small act of support can have on another personās life.

My message to young people is simple - but powerful:
Find your purpose early.
Donāt drift. Donāt waitā¦. Decide.
Identify what you love - what energises you, what pulls you forward - and commit to it. Because when you love what you do, work stops feeling like work. It becomes purpose. It becomes fuel.
But the opposite is just as realā¦
If youāre stuck doing something you hate, every day becomes a battle. It drains you. It tests you. It holds you back.
So choose differently.
Choose something that excites you, that challenges you. That MEANS SOMETHING to you š«µš»
Because when purpose leads, passion follows.
And when passion drives you, you donāt just show up - you step up.
You donāt just workā¦
You live it.
What4:
1/Charity - purpose, giving back (legacy)
2/Endurance - resilience (improvement)
3/Keynote Speaking - Leadership, teaching, passing on skills (support)
4/Creativity - writing, journaling, written text (time)
Happy Easter. Enjoy it with those that you love and lead.

What are YOU passionate about?
What fuels you?
What drags you out of bed when itās hard?
What gives you discipline, focus, determination - not just motivation when it suits you?
Find that.
Feed that.
Protect that.
Get enthusiastic about what you do - and do it to the best of your ability. Add value wherever you can. There are already enough people draining rooms, spreading defeat, living in despair.
The worldās messy right now. No doubt about it.
Thatās exactly why it needs the strongest, sharpest, most disciplined version of you.
Step up.
Lock in.
Be better - on purpose.
Making an impact. Giving back
Real, Raw, Impactful.

Yesterday, a trail run and picking Lennox up early, far outweighed the dozens of tasks on my to-do list.
Smack bang in the middle of summer.
33 degrees in Perth.
(A world away from the lush greenery and waterfalls of the 1st what4 services āSpring Soul Searchā, 16 months back.)
I spoke with a mate at the gym this morning whoās carrying a lot. Life feels heavy for him right now. It reminded me (and I advised him) while there are many tools for mindset and performance, the simplest reset is often the most powerful.
-Nature.
-Movement.
-Space to breathe.
A 10km run cleared my head, settled the nerves, and provided clarity for the week ahead.
Sometimes itās not about doing more - but stepping away.
When things feel heavy, remember: make time for yourself. Get outside. Move. Reset.
Small choices and self care matter.

REAL TALK:
If alcohol were invented today, it would be banned.
No cap.
Alcohol is:
ā A carcinogen
ā Addictive
ā Linked to violence
ā Damaging to the brain
ā One of the only drugs where withdrawal can kill you
If someone tried to release it in Australia in 2026, regulators would say:
āNo chance.ā
But because itās been around forever, we call it:
šŗ āNormalā
šŗ āSocialā
šŗ āJust Aussie cultureā
Wild part?
Substances with medical benefits = illegal.
This one = sold everywhere.
You donāt need alcohol to:
⢠have fun
⢠belong
⢠be confident
⢠connect
You were sold a story.
Question it.
Saving this for the next time someone says:
āEveryone drinks.ā

An incredible Christmas gift to wake up to š
This morning I opened my mailbox to a letter from the Australian Taxation Office confirming that What4.Org Limited has officially been granted DGR status.
This means donations and support received from here on are fully tax deductible for donors - a huge milestone for the charity to achieve within just a few months of inception and something Iām incredibly proud of.
It sets a strong foundation for a huge 2026, and for the positive impact weāre preparing to make across Perth and in the wider Australian community.
A sincere thank you to Drew, Kegan and AMHR Accounting, Paul from Mens Talk AU, and everyone in my corner who continues to support this passion-driven mission. Your belief and backing mean more than you know.
If youāre a business, school, sporting club or individual looking to align with a cause focused on education, resilience and community impact - Iād love to connect.

I had an experience on Friday at Aquinas Catholic College that really stayed with me.
After the talk, during the usual Q&A and pledge-poster rush - the noise, the energy, everyone buzzing around - a student, maybe 15 or 16, walked up to me with her teacher beside her. She was visibly emotional, eyes full of tears. She looked at me and simply asked:
āAre you okay?ā
That moment caught me off guard in the best possible way.
Out of everything she heard - the build-up, the accident, the prison sentence, the weight of living with consequences - what she felt moved to do was check in on meā¦.
It was such a genuine, compassionate gesture, and it reminded me how emotionally aware and connected this younger generation is. Theyāre not afraid to feel, to care, or to speak up when something touches them.
Iām grateful my story can create moments like this. Moments that spark empathy, reflection, and connection ā not just once, but time and time again.
