π A conversation can make a difference.
This R U OK? Day, weβre reminded that you donβt need to be an expert to check in with someone. Sometimes, simply asking βAre you OK?β and taking the time to genuinely listen can mean more than you realise. Running a business can be challenging and there is support available.
Whether itβs a colleague, friend, family member or someone in your community, take a moment to check in.
π¬ Ask R U OK?
π Listen
π€ Encourage action
π Check in
And remember, you donβt have to wait for R U OK? Day to start the conversation.
