🌍 Jalsa Salana UK 2026 – A Global Gathering of Faith, Peace and Hope

This weekend, tens of thousands of members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community from across the world will gather for Jalsa Salana UK 2026—an annual convention dedicated to spiritual growth, moral development, and the worship of God.

Last year, more than 50,000 people attended in person, while millions more joined through Muslim Television Ahmadiyya (MTA International) from their homes across the globe. Here in Perth, many members will also gather at Nasir Mosque to watch key sessions together, while others will participate with their families from home. Jalsa Salana UK continues to welcome participants from more than 90 countries and is one of the largest annual Muslim conventions in the world.

The highlight of the convention is the addresses delivered by His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba), the Worldwide Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. His speeches are eagerly anticipated by people of all backgrounds because they offer timeless guidance on:

• Building a stronger relationship with God
• Developing high moral character
• Strengthening family and community life
• Finding hope and resilience during personal hardships
• Promoting peace, justice, and compassion in a world facing conflict and uncertainty

At the National Peace Symposium, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad reminded us that speaking about peace is not enough. If such gatherings are to have real benefit, they must inspire us to act - to uphold justice, reject hatred, and play our part in protecting humanity from further conflict and suffering.

His Holiness warned that the world is moving dangerously towards greater war and destruction and that we all have a responsibility to think not only of ourselves but also of the world we are leaving behind for our children and future generations. Only when we act with sincerity, justice and compassion can a peace symposium truly fulfil the promise of its name.

May Allah enable mankind to understand the gravity of this moment and unite in the cause of lasting peace. Ameen.
