Named after Hong Kong’s popular daily newspaper, Apple Daily serves up exotic south-east Asian street food. Open for lunch and dinner, the menu has been designed for sharing with a selection of snacks, large plates, sides and desserts. The beverage menu features Western Australian beers, wines, sparkling and spirits from all over the world, including Taiwanese whiskey, sake and house-made liquor. BOB'S BAR
Venture up the newspaper lined staircase to Bob’s Bar – a rooftop terrace named after Australia’s third-longest serving Prime Minister, Bob Hawke.
