Throughout Mental Health Month, there are a number of opportunities for athletes across WA to learn, reflect and build practical skills to support their wellbeing, confidence and performance.

๐Ÿ’ญ Human First Performance โ€“ Thriving Under Pressure

Horizon Gymnastics Club is hosting a four-part online workshop series throughout October, supported by Gymnastics WA and Healthway through the Healthy Heroes program, and has kindly opened the opportunity to athletes from across WA.

Led by Sami Palmer, former World Champion gymnast and Performance Wellbeing Coach, the series provides practical, human-focused skills to support athlete wellbeing from the inside out.
