TWO ROCKS VILLAGE // This week we proudly had the opening to our newly completed project, consisting of a Woolworths supermarket, BWS liquor and a number of specialty retail stores.

COWARAMUP RETAIL DEVELOPMENT // It’s exciting to see the building take its final form as we approach the finish line.

The building features eye-catching architectural details, including roof pitches and timber cladding that complement the style of Cowaramup.

BUSSELTON SHOWROOMS // Another exciting project is underway in the south-west, with the structure of this 6,600m2 large format retail development taking shape. Project completion is anticipated for the end of 2025!

TWO ROCKS VILLAGE // Construction has commenced on this new shopping centre, featuring Woolworths and a number of specialty stores. This new project is expected to be completed in mid 2026. Stay tuned for updates!🛠

With the excitement of footy season here again for 2023, transformation around The Oval Subi East continues to take shape, with the pavilion structures complete and fitout of the change rooms and kiosk well underway. Landscape Elements are kicking some goals with their extensive landscaping works, so stay tuned for further updates.

🚜 First excavations on our Dunsborough Woolworths Shopping Centre site commenced this week.

This development consists of a 3,700m2 Woolworths Supermarket, 600m2 of specialty shops and five short stay apartments.
