I'd much rather play games with your toddler and their favourite teddy so they're laughing and actually having a GOOD time over trying to get some unrealistic perfect shot by making them sit awkwardly still for far too long.
Take it from me - photographing your new family does not have to be awkward, still or incredibly uncomfortable no matter where the shoot is.
I'm here to make you feel comfortable and actually enjoy your time bonding while I capture the moments in between. And if we need to play kisses with your child's teddy to get them to giggle, that's all fine by me. In fact, I encourage anything fun that will have them engaged.

Let me paint you a picture...
Sandy toes. Sticky fingers. Ice cream dripping faster than anyone can eat it.
The baby is determined that sand belongs in their mouth. The toddler is staring at their ice cream like they've just discovered the greatest thing on earth. The sun is dipping low, turning everything golden.
You're cuddled up on a beach towel, cheeks hurting from laughing so much. There's chaos, there's connection, there's full bellies and salty kisses.
Just an ordinary afternoon at the beach, that in years to come you realise wasn't so ordinary at all.

☀️ Sunny days, happy families, and a whole lot of confidence gained along the way
Here's part 3 of our stranger sessions results for you!
What started as two photographers nervously approaching complete strangers has turned into one of our favourite things to do each week.
There’s something pretty special about meeting people we've never met before, sharing a quick chat, having a laugh, and creating photos they never expected to walk away with that day.
Every session reminds us that most people are kinder than we think (although people in the city were more inclined to say no), that a little courage goes a long way, and that some of the best moments happen when you say yes to something that feels a little scary.
Two photographers back again, collecting memories, meeting beautiful humans, and growing our confidence one stranger at a time. 📸✨

Our Childhood Cancer Charity Day is happening on September 13th in West Leederville.
50% of all bookings will be donated to KidsCancerSupportGroup, with the remaining proceeds helping fund free mini photoshoots for families currently experiencing childhood cancer.
