Join us this Saturday for our next Seniors Digital Training session, where we’ll take a closer look at myGov.

Whether you’re already using myGov or you’re still finding your way around, this session is designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable using it.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Claddagh Connect Irish Language Class last Saturday. It was fantastic to see so many people getting involved, having a go at speaking as Gaeilge and enjoying a morning of learning, laughter and connection.

A special thank you to Maria from Cúpla Focal Crew for hosting such an engaging session. We really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and passion for the Irish language and culture with our community, and introducing us to some new phrases and folklore along the way.

Today, Thursday 10 September, is R U OK? Day - a reminder to check in with the people around us and ask how they’re really going.

For many of us living away from home, having a strong sense of connection and community can make a big difference. Sometimes a simple message, phone call, cup of tea or “How are you going?” can let someone know they’re not alone.
