HONK HONK NEW EVENT!
Thanks to Department of Communities and Lotterywest t , we're hosting a series of funded Craft in the Park events! That means more crafts, more connection, and more Shed Shenanigans! And free foooood 👀
Join us from 12:45-3:45pm On the 27th of September at Royal Park Hall (West Perth). We'll be chatting with folks from .org and doing needle felting! If that's a mystery to you don't worry, we'll be on hand to teach you :). We'll also have a tonne of food to go around, did I mention that?
If you're interested in volunteering on the day, reach out here or through email at [email protected]. There's plenty of stuff to be done!
Image Description: Several slides detail the next Craft in the Park event. They are themed in a sort of retro, earthy toned announcement. The writing is whimsical. In addition to the information above, the slides provide the following text:
We’ll be teaching Needle Felting! Supplies are limited so make sure you’re on time! Feel free to bring your own crafts as always.

Some folks from GRAI will be tagging along to talk community and connection.

Perth Pride Shed stands alongside our cosigners calling on the WA government to take action for a safer WA.
We're asking for equal protection, that is all- the same standard that all West Australian deserve.

Morning Shedders!
We're in the process of incorporating and we're putting out an EOI in the hopes of filling a final position on the board!
We are especially keen to hear from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders, women, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people living with disability.
Previous board experience is not essential!

The time has come to put the call out for volunteers!!
We're looking for expressions of interest from people who would like to volunteer their time to help continue running Craft in the Park.
We're hoping to find folks who would be able to dedicate some time every month to planning and hosting events as part of a team. We're creating a committee so that no single person has to dedicate a huge amount of time.
If that sounds like you follow the link to fill out the expression of interest form!! It's also in our Link in Bio
