As our Plumbing Trainer, Phil has made a lasting impact on countless apprentices and students, helping them build the skills and confidence to succeed in their careers. Over the past 15 years, he has become a trusted mentor, respected colleague and valued member of the team.

Fifteen years is no small achievement, and we're grateful for the knowledge, guidance and dedication Phil has shared along the way.

Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of joining Civmec at their Henderson facility, showcasing the impact apprentices are making as they build skills and careers in the trades. The visit included Hon Andrew Giles MP, Federal Minister for Skills and Training, and Hon Josh Wilson MP, Assistant Minister for Climate Change and Energy and Member for Fremantle.

During the site walkthrough, our Skill Hire apprentices had the opportunity to share their experiences, answer questions, and talk about their career journeys with the Ministers and Civmec Board members.

We're proud to support the next generation of skilled workers and to partner with employers like Civmec to create meaningful apprenticeship opportunities across WA.
