Don't miss this weeks blog.

Why do some autistic children find changes to routine difficult? Why can busy environments feel overwhelming? And why does behaviour sometimes seem to come out of nowhere?

Team building days are about much more than simply bringing everyone together, they're an opportunity to learn, connect, and gain a deeper understanding of how each person contributes to the bigger picture.

We prioritise learning about one another’s roles, responsibilities, and challenges because when team members understand how their work impacts others, collaboration becomes stronger, communication improves, and opportunities for greater efficiency emerge.

By investing time in understanding each other's strengths, perspectives, and day-to-day responsibilities, we can work more effectively as one team, delivering better outcomes for our people, our team, and ultimately our clients.

Procrastination isn't usually a time management problem, it's an emotional management problem.

When tasks feel overwhelming, stressful, or trigger a fear of failure, avoiding them can provide temporary relief. Unfortunately, that relief is short-lived and often leads to greater stress later on.

Instead of being hard on yourself, try identifying what's driving the procrastination. Is it anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt? Understanding the emotion is often the first step toward change.

If procrastination is regularly affecting your life, support is available.
