A few photos of our completed home in Yallingup. This home features a passive solar design that includes double glazing and hydronic floor heating. Polished concrete floors along with the cabinets and natural stone all combine to give a relaxing feel to this home, as you look out over the natural bushland.

Site works are underway for our new home to be built in Yallingup. Awesome day working with our Supervisor Jason, and future home owner Daniel in getting everything ready for this build to begin.
The new home will feature solar passive design, polished concrete floors, double glazing and Hydronic Floor Heating.

Our project at Burt Street North Perth has now been completed for three months. Fantastic to catch up with the owners and hear how they are loving their new home and the way that it functions!
Big thanks to Jason our supervisor and our trades for their efforts and the attention to detail.

Some construction shots of our completed home in Hamilton Hill.
The owner had purchased a house that overlooked Manning Park which was able to be sub-divided. Although not keen on sub dividing immediately there were plans for a possible future sub division. We worked in with the owner from demolition through to setting up the new home design to allow for future works, this included correct set backs on the front property and services run under the driveway to the rear. All to make things easy when the rear block is developed in the future.

Pictures of our Attadale Project just before hand over. Original kitchen was increased in size with an additional Scullery added plus skylights over the Island Bench and Splashback Window. Living Area had a Feature Wall added with Floating Shelves and Wall Panelling. Passage way was reconfigured to include a Study Nook with Setdown Area and Storage.
Beautiful new light and bright areas created that give the original home a completely new look and feel.

Our project in North Perth has now begun! The front elevation of this house will feature some timber battening, San Selmo Reclaimed Brickwork and Axon Cladding. Looking forward to seeing it all come together!!

Fantastic progress from our Southwest crew on our new home in Yallingup! This will be a very modern looking residence which will have polished concrete floors with timber framed construction walls and roof. The living areas also enjoy a beautiful outlook onto a bush setting that includes a running stream!

Some before and after shots of our renovation in Eagle Bay. This house was mainly built using Rammed Earth Construction with Jarrah timber used throughout which darkened the house a little more than what the owners liked.
We installed a new kitchen and re vamped the wet areas with some lighter brighter shades!
