A little different from my usual content, but something that feels really important to share.

Over the last year, I’ve felt more disconnected from my body and my cycle than ever. After my experience with contraception and some of the worst periods I’ve had, I made the decision to come off contraception and start learning how to understand my body again.

And this is where my journey with Chloe begins Chloe | Naturopath | Skin Hormones & Gut Health 🌿

After my first naturopath consultation, Chloe has created a personalised plan around me, my cycle, gut health, overall wellbeing and what I personally want to get out of this experience.

I’m only at the beginning, and I’m definitely not sharing this because I have all the answers. I’m sharing it because I want Evolve to continue being a safe space for women… not only to feel beautiful, but to have conversations about the things we don’t always talk about enough 🫶🏽

So I’m taking you girls along with me as I learn, make changes, become more in tune with my body and see where this journey takes me.

Here’s to giving some of the care I pour into everyone else, back to myself. 🤍

Safe to say my “annual” refresh was slightly overdue hahaha.
