To once again be recognised among WA’s leading strata agencies is something our whole team is immensely proud of, and a wonderful reflection of the care, hard work and commitment our team brings to our clients and communities every day.

We’re looking forward to joining our industry colleagues at the REIWA Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner on 11 November, celebrating another fantastic year for the WA property industry and, most importantly, celebrating all of this year’s finalists and winners.

Having managed Axiom previously, Nikki
Mackenzie already knew this community well — but this time, they came looking for her.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to reconnect, provide support and advice, and help the Council work through what they needed from their strata management moving forward. Now, they’ve officially made the move to Rezzi Strata.

That trust means a lot to us.

We already love working alongside this Council and we’re genuinely excited about what we can achieve together. Great strata management is built on relationships, trust and knowing you have the right people beside you when it matters.

Meet Freddy👋

Behind every healthy strata company is someone making sure the numbers add up.

Meet Freddy, our Strata Accounts Administrator and the financial backbone of Rezzi Strata.

From levy processing and trust accounting to reconciliations, budgeting support and transparent financial reporting, Freddy is the person making sure every dollar is where it should be. Accuracy isn’t just important to him—it’s non-negotiable.

Freddy holds a Bachelor of Accounting and is currently furthering his expertise by studying towards his Master of Business Administration (MBA). His commitment to continuous learning reflects the standard we strive for across our entire team.

Owners deserve confidence in their strata finances. Councils deserve clear reporting they can rely on. And strata managers deserve an accounts team that has their back.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Freddy bringing his knowledge, precision and calm approach to Rezzi every single day.

Because great strata management doesn’t just happen at meetings—it starts with strong financial foundations. 💚

✨ Feel Good Friday ✨

Some of the most rewarding feedback we receive isn’t about fixing a maintenance issue or running a great meeting.

It’s hearing that someone felt supported through one of the toughest periods their community has faced.

At Rezzi Strata, we know not every scheme comes to us in perfect condition. Some arrive after difficult transitions, unresolved issues, or years of frustration. That’s okay.

Our job isn’t just to manage buildings. It’s to partner with Councils and owners, navigate the challenges together, and steadily guide a scheme back to a healthy, well-governed and financially sustainable future.

That takes patience. It takes communication. And above all, it takes kindness.

A huge shout out to our Senior Strata Manager, Susie Oates, for the care, professionalism and steady guidance she brings to every community she works with. This feedback from Kim is a wonderful reminder that how we make people feel during the difficult moments
often matters just as much as the outcome itself.

The best Councils we've worked with all have one thing in common.

It isn't that they're lawyers.
It isn't that they know every section of the Strata Titles Act.
And it certainly isn't that they always agree.

They're simply committed to making good decisions for the long-term benefit of their community.

The strongest Council and the strongest strata manager don't compete for control—they work as partners.

The best meetings are the ones where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, challenging ideas respectfully, making decisions, and then standing behind them.

We’re proud to have completed the strata consultation and establishment of six separate strata schemes for Stockland’s Nara Village development.

Strata management starts long before the first owner moves in.

Working alongside developers, surveyors, lawyers and project teams, we help establish the legal and operational framework that allows a new community to function from day one. From reviewing strata plans and proposed budgets to levy schedules, governance, insurance, by-laws and the First Statutory General Meeting, our role is to ensure every scheme is set up for long-term success.

Getting the foundations right means owners inherit a well-structured, financially sustainable community—not one that’s playing catch-up from the outset.
