That starts with accepting what is, facing our shadows, push forward no matter what life brings.
It’s up to you if you turn that lemon 🍋 into lemonade or you blame the lemon for being too sour! 🤗
On Sunday we got together again to explore a little deeper within ourselves through the powerful ✨family constellation experience ✨
We have experienced 3 constellations 🌌 which made us step into different roles, feel into different parts of ourselves and challenged us in ways that opened new perspectives.
I love how each experience can become another stepping stone on our journey — helping us move towards the next layer 🧅unlock another lesson 📚, and gently come to accept what is 🕉️ through our feelings and emotions.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who showed up, opened themselves to the experience, and contributed to the collective space. 💛
There is something powerful about coming together with a shared willingness to see, feel and grow.
