Known as Igo in Japanese, Go is an ancient two player board game where players take turns placing black and white stones on a grid to surround territory and capture opponent pieces. Originating in China over 3000 years ago, it became a refined high-art and samurai tradition in Japan.

Join Dr Silvia Lozeva and the FACCI - French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry for a morning workshop on the 17th June that uses the ancient game of Go to completely reshape how we think about strategy.

For centuries, the Go game was used by thinkers and leaders to master complex decision-making. We're bringing those timeless tools out of the history books and onto the modern table to help teams collaborate, connect, and grow.

Instead of looking at business as a series of battles to win, Silvia introduces a philosophy called "mutual life." It's a shift away from conflict and toward balance looking at how the different areas of our lives and work (health, team dynamics, community) connect to support one another.

By exploring the 10 Golden Rules of Go, you will walk away with fresh perspectives on problem-solving and a real sense of the bigger picture.

What we will dive into together:

Wellbeing & Balance: Finding harmony between high performance and staying grounded.
Stronger Teams: Building trust and understanding across different cultures and backgrounds.
Human-Centred Leadership: Navigating change and uncertainty with confidence and creativity.

Only 20 spaces available, book yours through the link below.

What if life is less about pushing harder…

and more about playing smarter?

This week on GOco Radio I’m sitting down with Dr Silvia Lozeva from Institute 361.

She uses the ancient game of GO to teach strategy, decision-making, and how to navigate complexity — in business and in life.

No noise.
No chaos.
Just clarity and positioning.

It’s a fascinating lens on how we make moves.
