💛 R U OK? Day at Western Work Force 💛

Yesterday we took some time out to check in, catch up and remind our team that a conversation can make a real difference.

We enjoyed a morning chat with plenty of coffee, tea and delicious pastries from Connells Family Bakery ☕🥐 — but more importantly, we took the time to connect with each other.

R U OK? Day is a reminder that you don’t need to be an expert to support someone. Ask the question, listen, and genuinely check in — not just today, but every day.

At Western Work Force, our people are at the heart of what we do. 💛
