Willagee Bears RLC was founded in 1962 as a Junior club and expanded into Seniors in 1966. New players are always welcome in both the senior and junior squads!
Willagee Rugby League Football club is located at Webber Reserve, Perth, WA, 6156. Willagee currently have senior mens team competing in the Reserve Grade and Junior teams competing in most age groups. Games are played on Saturdays for (Seniors) and Sundays for (Juniors). Please don't hesitate to get in contact with the club.

A few weeks on from our preliminary final against Fremantle, Shai Wiperi has officially called time on his playing career.
That preliminary final would be Shai’s last time pulling on the Willagee Bears jersey, as he now turns his focus towards business and the next chapter of his life.
But Shai’s impact on this club goes well beyond what he did on the field.
We’re going to miss his wisdom, courage and leadership. The man who gets our chants going, lifts the boys around him and brings an energy that means so much to this group.
Above all, Shai is a beautiful man of God and someone we’re proud to call a Bear.
Thank you for everything you’ve given to this club, Shai. We wish you nothing but success in whatever comes next.

REFLECTING ON 2026 | PART ONE: FOUNDATION ❤️🖤
Before the wins, the big moments and everything that followed, there was the work.
Pre-season was about building the foundation for what was to come. Putting in the hours, bringing the group together and setting the standards for the season ahead.

The dust has definitely settled now. A few weeks on from our 20-8 preliminary final loss to the Fremantle Roosters, captain Kainoa Gudgeon reflects on the game and the season that was.
It wasn’t the ending we wanted, but there’s plenty to be proud of from the journey this group went on throughout 2026.
