Rosily Chardonnay, a Margaret River favourite with bright citrus, white peach and subtle French oak. Fresh, elegant and beautifully balanced with a clean finish that makes it an easy one to settle into.

Our wine wall started as a collection of Australian wine boxes gathered over 30 years.

Turning them into what you see today was no small task. Boxes were carefully taken apart, nails pulled one by one and then came the ultimate game of wine box Tetris to bring it all together.

A true labour of love and a little piece of Australian wine history now sitting at the heart of Brighton.

Stockyard Beef Tartare with cocoa, cured egg yolk, caviar, Dijon, cornichon and focaccia, bringing together rich flavours with a delicate balance.
