📣 WE’RE HIRING – OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Mobistorage is looking for an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Yangebup.

This is a key role at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You’ll coordinate container deliveries and collections across Perth, manage driver schedules, communicate with customers and help keep our operation running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who:
🚚 Has experience in operations, logistics, scheduling or coordination
📋 Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
📞 Communicates confidently with customers and drivers
💻 Is comfortable working with CRMs, job-management systems and Microsoft Office
🧩 Enjoys solving problems and taking ownership rather than waiting for someone else to fix them
😎 Can stay calm when plans inevitably change!

📍 Full-time role based in Yangebup
💰 $80,000–$90,000 per year
