In Head Chef Jessica Roe’s kitchen, the menu starts with what local farmers bring through the door — fruit, vegetables, herbs & leaves that move with the season, not against it.
From there, the team gets to work: trimming, charring, dressing, tasting & turning WA produce into plates that feel fresh, generous & unmistakably Petition.

Artisan Brewing has always done b**r a little differently.
Born from a fascination with Belgian brewing & the role yeast can play in shaping flavour, the Denmark-based brewers have built their name around curiosity, experimentation & b**rs made for the table.
For one afternoon at B**r Corner, that philosophy comes to life across six unique bière de coupage blends, created exclusively for the occasion & paired with six courses from Chef Jess & Long Chim Head Chef Welly.

Oktoberfest has landed at B**r Corner, and the taps are speaking German.
For one week, we’re giving the line-up a Bavarian takeover with proper German brews from Ayinger & Schlenkerla. Expect everything from the iconic Celebrator Doppelbock to Urweisse, Helles L***r & Weichsel Rotbier, with even more German favourites waiting in the fridge.
Naturally, we’ve got the food to match, with traditional German specials made for a b**r (or a few).

Our State Buildings Head Chefs Jess & Welly are causing some serious cross-venue mischief with Artisan Brewing for an afternoon where the collaboration runs from the kitchen right into the glass. Expect six courses, six exclusive b**r blends created for the occasion & three teams having a little too much fun bringing it all together.

The season arrives in crates, bundles & boxes, full of colour, texture & personality. From there, our kitchen team gets to play — grilling, dressing, folding & finishing each ingredient with care, instinct and a little bit of fun.

Nail Vintage Dinner Degustation
We’ve been saving the good stuff for this one. Three vintages of Nail Brewing’s Cloutstout Vintage are coming out of the cellar, joined by Clayden Brew & Super Red for five pours matched across three bloody good courses.
Think pork rillette & pickled melon, coffee-rubbed beef cheeks, then Basque cheesecake to bring it home.
