☕🥣What can 2500 breakfasts do?

A simple breakfast can start a conversation, helping us connect people experiencing homelessness with the practical support they need.

Thanks to our Brekky for Better 2026 community, we're making these moments possible.

Thank you Michelle Maynard MLA for taking the time to learn more about Uniting WA's homelessness hub, Tranby, and for dropping off your community's Brekky for Better donations.

We know ending homelessness is a collective effort, which is why support from the Swan Hills community will make such a difference.

For some people experiencing homelessness, the journey towards a path home starts with breakfast. That first meal can be the beginning of a conversation, a connection, and the support needed to take the next step forward.

This National Child Protection Week, we're recognising the important role we all play in helping children and young people feel safe, supported and heard.

This year's theme, Every Conversation Matters: Shifting Conversation to Action, reminds us that while conversations are powerful, meaningful change happens when we take action to support children, families and our communities.

Whether it's checking in on someone, listening without judgement or connecting families to support, every action counts. Learn more: https://ow.ly/KNRj50ZKgnE

Thank you to Tom French MP for stopping by Tranby and taking an interest in the work we're doing through Brekky for Better.

While breakfast may seem like a small gesture, it can have a lasting impact. For people experiencing homelessness, a shared meal can be the beginning of a conversation, a connection to support and a path home.

We're thankful to Tom and the Moore community for getting behind Brekky for Better.
