Hidden down a backstreet on Barrack Street, The Parallel is a coffee and toastie bar serving up specialty coffee, matcha and some seriously tempting toasties.

There are six toasties to choose from, with fillings ranging from beef brisket and buttermilk-braised chicken to classic ham and truffle mushroom 🍄‍🟫

There’s a little courtyard tucked out the back, making it a nice spot to sit with your food + drink ☕️

There are 11 campgrounds along the coast plus working cattle station, Warroora Station, which offers homestead camping, a few kilometres from the beach 🐄

Campers get uninterrupted access to some of the bluest, clearest waters in the world, swimming and snorkelling the lagoon and reef.

Here’s everything you need to know about the campground:

🚗 1,000km, 14hr drive from Perth and about 45-minute drive from Coral Bay 

⛺ Medium-sized campground with 18 campsites of varying sizes and surfaces, suitable for campers and caravanners.
Note: There are 10 other campgrounds in the national park along the Warroora Coast.

🐠 Look out for fish, dolphins, turtles and stingrays

🚙 4WD only - the homestead campground is 2WD-accessible. 

🚽No toilets, bring your own portable, self-contained toilet. Toilet dump point is 4km away. No bins provided. 

🚰 No showers, no drinking water, no power or lighting. Generator use is permitted. 

🐕 Dogs are permitted on-lead
🚤 Boat launching is permitted at 14 Mile, Maggies, Sandy Point and Amherst Point campgrounds 

🔥 Campfires are permitted in portable, self-contained fire pits in certain campgrounds. Bring your own firewood. 

💻 Book online via the DBCA website for all Warroora national park campgrounds . Maximum stay is 14 nights during school holidays or 28 nights any other time. Book on the Warroora Station website for the station’s homestead nature campground.

📷 Best things to do in the area: Snorkelling, boating, scuba diving, fishing, sunset photography, surfing, swimming.
Watch out for strong currents within the waters at sites like Steven’s Camp and Elle’s Beach.
