Jenny and Steve wanted a stylish new way to receive their parcels. They already had some merbau slats on a nearby fence and gate, so we came up with this.

Have you got a concrete slab out the back of your place but don't know what to do with it. Putting a deck on top is a great solution. Here we've done composite decking boards that never need maintenance.
After taking the photo of the completed deck I asked AI to paint the fence a dark colour, put in some landscaping and paint the house in a warm white. Talk about inspiring.

It's fair to say that the new balustrade makes the balcony a whole lot more safe than the old one.
Along with new composite decking boards it's a welcome improvement for the owner.

It's an old house with wonky walls but now it's been insulated, covered in building wrap and fitted with new windows and weatherboards. Once it's painted it'll be ready for many more comfortable years

Just because there's not enough room inside for a laundry doesn't mean it has to be an uninspiring one in the garage

First we give it a good deck clean.
Then apply good deck oil.

We do hundreds of metres of weatherboards every year but this is our first experience with Block Face. To make things more complicated some had been previously replaced but didn't match the original size, and these replacements were slightly different again. We've managed to match them as best as possible.

It's a really nice mantelpiece in the right house, but if you don't know how to fit it, it can't take pride of place

The Dilemma: You've moved into your new house but you don't like the look of the front fence. It's structurally sound but building a new one is prohibitively expensive. The Solution: Modify it

The dilemma: You've got kids with too much energy, and you've just acquired a basketball hoop, but there's really no space for it to be used safely in the backyard, however there's a laneway at the back.
The solution: Fit a solid timber beam above the roller door, and attach the hoop to it.
The result: Happiness
