It’s that time of the week again! We’re looking for a few more legends to help complete the Redcliffe parkrun volunteer roster for this Saturday.

Redcliffe parkrun #445 – 3 October 2026

A quieter morning at Redcliffe today, with many of our regulars heading over to support the launch of Endeavour parkrun, which recorded an incredible 826 finishers at its inaugural event! 🎉 Congratulations to the Endeavour team on a fantastic launch.

Back at Redcliffe, 218 people ran, jogged and walked our beautiful foreshore course. 🌊☀️

We welcomed a massive 55 first timers to Redcliffe — more than a quarter of today’s participants! We hope you enjoyed your morning with us and we’ll see you back again soon.

💛 RUN FOR ORLA 💛

Many of our Redcliffe parkrun regulars will know Orla’s family, with both of her parents familiar faces in our parkrun community.

On Sunday 15 November, the Run for Orla Family Fun Day will be held at Scarborough Beach Park to honour Orla’s legacy, raise awareness of childhood cancer and support families affected by it.

We’d love to see the Redcliffe parkrun community get behind this very special local event. ❤️

🏃 10km Run/Walk – 6:30am
🏃‍♀️ 3km Run/Walk – 8:00am

📅 Sunday 15 November 2026

And it’s much more than just a run. From 7am–12pm there’ll be music, dancing, kids’ entertainment and a community BBQ — a morning for the whole family.

For us, this one is particularly close to home. Orla is the daughter of two of our regular Redcliffe parkrun participants, so it would be wonderful to see plenty of familiar parkrun faces there supporting them and this important cause.

Another fantastic Saturday morning on the Redcliffe foreshore, with 249 people running, jogging and walking their way around our beautiful 5km course. 🌊☀️

We welcomed a whopping 43 first timers to Redcliffe this week. Whether you were visiting from another parkrun or tackling Redcliffe for the first time, we hope you enjoyed your morning by the bay and we’ll see you again soon! 💚

Congratulations to the 29 parkrunners who recorded a new PB. Fantastic running and a great reward for all that hard work! 👏
