Come along to practice your sparring skills before the tournament.

Part of taekwondo is lifelong learning and continuous improvement. Even our very experienced instructors are themselves students of the Do. When you conquer a peak, there is still a mountain ahead of you 🏞️

We will be taking a team to the Auckland Open, hosted by VRMA - 8th November in New Zealand. Please let your instructor know if you are interested in attending. Previous tournament experience is the only requirement.

Bai Rui have been invited to the 2027 International Instructors Course (IIC) 5th - 7th March in Auckland. It will be instructed by members of the ITF technical committee - Grand Master Paul McPhail, Grand Master Jurek Jedut, and Master Virginia Dionisi.
