Stark Studio

STARK STUDIO IS 2!!! 🎉

Two years since we opened the doors and somehow it feels like it’s absolutely flown by and like we’ve lived about 10 years at the same time 😂

What started as an idea and a dream to create a place where people could strength train properly, get genuinely coached and actually enjoy coming to train has become something we’re incredibly proud of.

And honestly, that’s because of the people in it.

To every single person who has trained with us, trusted us with their training, brought a friend along, celebrated a PB, had a laugh between sets and helped create the vibe that Stark has today, THANK YOU🧡

And to our amazing coaches and practitioners, we feel incredibly lucky to have such a good bunch of people alongside us who care so much about what they do and the people they work with.

We’ve learnt a lot, grown a lot and there is still SO much we want to do.

It genuinely feels like we’re only getting started.

Getting to come to work every day and do what we love, surrounded by such a great group of people, really is our dream come true.

Here’s to year 3!!! 🥂

Fridays at our favourite kind of bar💪

A special Stark Hike Club coming up. For our 2nd birthday we are heading down to Phillip Island to do the Cape Woolamai Circuit 🥾

An absolutely beautiful walk with mixed terrain and breathtaking views!

Clear the diary, bring a friend and come along! As always a lunch after 🙌

Always coaching, tweaking, refining and perfecting 💪

There is a skill and art to lifting well and our goal is getting you lift the heaviest you can with the best technique possible. You’ll never leave a session not having a coaches attention and that’s exactly how we want it.

Loading up our bars for another big week of training 💪

Testing Day starts this weekend. Are you ready??
