🎬 Before Hollywood, Errol Flynn was a kid swimming laps in Sandy Bay.
The son of a University of Tasmania biology professor, he was born five minutes from where our Flynn 1909 Suite now stands. There's still a memorial to him at Short Beach, an easy walk from the hotel.
The suite carries his name & comprises antique furnishings, a beautiful King bed & a fully-equipped bathroom complete with a claw-footed bath.
