Last week, we opened the doors to our office for an afternoon, and it was great to see the space full with plenty of familiar faces and a proper chance to catch up in person.

Thanks to everyone who made it along; we really appreciate it. Excited for what’s ahead in the new space.

That's a wrap on the Forefront Cyber Community QLD Summit 2026! Codify was proud to sponsor this year's event at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre yesterday.

Was great to have our partners Fortinet alongside us at the stand, talking all things security with friends, customers and plenty of new faces from across the community.

Solid event, sharp conversations, and a strong lineup of speakers and panellists - a good reminder of just how much is happening in the QLD cyber space right now.

Our four-legged teammates were hard at work ahead of our upcoming move.

⬩Bert had both ears open, ready to paws whatever he was doing for any client queries.
⬩Macey took quality control seriously, sniffing out anything that seemed a little off.
⬩Aero was on Cloud Migration duty, making sure no cloud‑branded coffee cups were left unlicked.

Treats were gladly approved for the whole team for their hard work 🦴

Over years of service reviews and incidents, teams make hundreds of governance decisions. Very few are black and white:

- A public IP retained for a specific integration
- Backup policies adjusted due to application constraints
- Resources deliberately excluded from a standard control

The problem is that the reasoning behind those decisions rarely lives where compliance data does. Compliance reports show status, but not intent... and without intent, confidence erodes.

That’s exactly the gap we set out to close.

The Compliance View in the Codify Portal brings compliance data and context together in one place. Not just what’s compliant or not, but why a particular posture exists including direct links back to the service tickets where those decisions were agreed.

The result is fewer stalled conversations, faster reviews, and governance discussions that focus on whether something still aligns with intent.
