RADIO SEGMENT THIS SATURDAY!

I’m excited to be joining on this Saturday for a conversation about something that touches all of our lives…

❤️ WHAT IS A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP?

Is it about never arguing? Always agreeing? Being together all the time?

Or is a healthy relationship actually about emotional safety, communication, trust, boundaries, respect and the freedom to be yourself?

We’ll unpack what healthy relationships really look like, some of the signs that a relationship may not be emotionally healthy, and why emotional intelligence plays such an important role in how we connect with others.

Because healthy relationships aren’t about perfection they’re about two people being willing to communicate, grow, listen and create a safe space for each other.

Tune in this Saturday to Radio Springfield and join Rachel and me for the conversation!

What does a healthy relationship mean to YOU?

Last Saturday Zonta Ipswich Inc had a craft afternoon “crafternoon” to get started on their 16 days of Activism Project.

The event went very well with members of the community and Mayor Teresa Harding knitting for the project where 16 trees will be decorated at Queens Park in November with “yarn bombing”.

There was an afternoon tea break with people from women’s legal services and DVAC helping with making for the trees.

The “crafternoon” was very successful and Rach Z Rachel Zabel did some cutting and brought along home made scones. Thank you to all community members and groups who turned up to support the afternoon.

Please email Zonta Ipswich if you would still like to be involved in making the yarn 🧶 bombing.
