Casual Receptionist – Revival Podiatry | Springfield

Revival Podiatry is looking for a friendly and reliable casual receptionist to join our small team in Springfield.

Hours: Approximately 3–10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the clinic grows.

The role would suit someone looking for a small amount of regular work alongside study or other commitments.

Duties include:
• Answering phone calls and assisting patient enquiries
• Managing appointments and bookings
• Scanning and uploading documents
• Data entry and maintaining patient records
• General reception and administrative duties

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and approachable
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone and in person
• Computer literate and able to learn new software
• Able to work independently

Previous medical reception experience is preferred but not essential.
